TOTAL BODY WORKOUT (Total Body is Free)- A total body core, strength and conditioning workout in sync with concert quality sound. Push ups,squat jumps, dips, lunges, box jumps, abs, cardio and aerobic movements. This will touch every part of your body in a high intensity interval 60-minute exercise session. We will be implementing ViPr logs as well in our Total Body workout.
TURBO KICK Pre-designed Kickboxing interval 90 minute workout using no equipment. Cardio section uses intensity drills and increased energy sprints followed by work recovery segments. Burn calories and blast fat! Turbo Kick® mixes kickboxing and simple dance moves with music that makes you want to move it. It won’t even seem like you’re working out!

YOGA- Yoga is a form of exericise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also good for relieving stress and relaxing. Yoga has been used as a meditation technique for thousands of years. As you exercise, you meditate on what your body is feeling and try to be “one with the universe.”
